thankful thursday

  • a new primary physician and a clean bill of health.
  • learning to pace myself while running by using treadmills
  • workout dates. i like knowing that other people care about their health as much as i do.
  • my ‘burbs. and being able to show my life to rob.
  • my hilarious friends who never fail to make my life interesting
  • the paper towel dispensers that you push the lever in, not down.
  • sleep
  • new running shoes.
